Whenever I drive my Z the slip light flashes and I temporarily lose power to the wheels and then its followed by the ABS, Slip, and TCS OFF lights staying on.
recently one of my wiring harness clips got caught in my jack when swapping out my transmission and broke it, I was able to replace the clip by taking out the individual pins and putting them into another one. Is this what's causing these lights? what else could it be?

I checked the brake fluid and its topped off ( a lot of people said this)

 

You probably disturbed the crankshaft sensor when you swapped out the transmission.
