Cranks but no start...any advice?

From what I understand, it should just be detected by the ECU as 0v and create a very rich mixture.
However, my problem appears it's far too lean to run at all. Only spraying a shot of ether into the throttle body is currently the only way to get it to even want to start anymore.
We did this just to see if the original problem of cranks but no fuel is back.
No, the 1st O2 sensors are termed "upstream", they relay data back to the ECU which takes into account intake air temp, rpms and engine temp in order to decide how much fuel to send.
The lower, "downstream" O2 sensors are only there to monitor catalytic converter efficiency.

This is not my area of expertise but you're saying a Nissan dealership changed your motor, didn't use the correct harness and left your primary O2s unplugged? This story is either incomplete or not accurate. Gl amigo!
