Default Coolant leak, wheres this connected?

So my coolant is leaking and I filled it up 2 weeks ago I think. The reservoir is empty but the radiator is still full. I finally found where the leak is coming from but I wanna know what's in this area before I try to take it apart.

First thing to ask is how long has it been since you changed out the radiator cap?

That upper hose looks swollen, in the end of the hose seems to be coolant. Would recommend changing that and the radiator cap at the same time. Would also check your lower hose.

I'll look into that, should I get a better hose or will OEM be fine?

So I found coolant under this part so i guess it's possible that the cap and/or the hose have gone like they've mentioned above. I'll check the bottom of it but I'll need a mirror.
