Default Rev hanging in between shifts

Hi everyone,

I am new here in the forums and I am not sure if this is the right place to post.

Anyway, I have a 2008 350z Nismo and I have been having this issue where my rev hangs between shifts for like a second or more. If I do not press on the clutch after releasing gas pedal, I can feel the engine brake delayed for like a second sometimes more too. Moreover, when I free rev the engine (to any given RPM), the hang will be there also, clutch depressed or in neutral. Its worse especially when under normal operating temperature. There are no codes or anything. I also make sure that I release the gas before pressing the clutch in all the way. I have read most post I can find in the forums but it does not replicate the problems I am having.

Things I have tried:
I had it retuned (different tuner) but that did not do anything. I had a tune from this tuner before and everything is great (in an 03 350z i had before)
Cleaned throttle body and MAF sensor didnt do anything
Tried the ecu and throttle body reset didnt do anything

Things done to the car:
Injen intakes
Motordyne Art Pipes
EPS Tuning PCV delete kit
Zspeed CMAK with EZ Street Clutch and flywheel kit (20 lbs flywheel)
Tomei y-pipe and exhaust
UpRev Tune

Any suggestions to try and further narrow it down will be a huge help. Thanks.
