Default Cd009

So I just found out my transmission out of my 05 Z is a CD009. I have put 175k miles on this car and I am doing a LS swap. During this process I had a hard time deciding to use either the tr6060 trans that cam with my LS3 or use my Z transmission. So after researching and asking around I found out my Z transmission is a CD009. So now I am leaning towards selling the tr6060 and using my Z transmission but my question is since it has so many miles put on it, it would have to be rebuilt correct? And if so for those who have done it or know about rebuilding transmissions about how much would it be to do that?

Your CD009 is a sound transmission, but you're bumping against its life at 175k miles. I would not rebuild this transmission, but instead replace it with new. The latest version is CD00A.
