Default 07 350z - ECM Dead, Options?

I saw there were a few posts, but none quite similar to my situation. I recently traded private party for a 2007 350z Base Model HR. I took it to the shop for basic maintenance and to re-install the catalytic converters. I was notified the car had unreadable codes (Airbag and ABS codes) and a rev surging issue. The shop recommended they pull the ECM and ship it out for repair. The repair company said the ECM is unrepairable and the car no longer starts with this ECM. It does not even turn over.

Unfortunately, this part (23710-EV10A or 23710-EV10B) cannot be found through dealership or any supplier/junkyard. We have searched for 2 months with no luck, what are my options? I have yet to try the dealership service to see if they can repair it but it seems like a low chance.

I would like to smog and drive the car on the road legally, aftermarket is not necessarily my first go-to option. Also in a pinch point as I can't sell the car, it is not registered in my name (I can't smog it).

Thanks!

I have a good 2007 oem ecu that I will sell. I pulled it and replaced it with an 08 to handle bigger intake pipes when I went turbo. You will need to remove Nats for your key to work.
