Default Jerking and High RPM Idle

So I have a 2008 350Z and sometimes when I start the car, VDC and SLIP come on as well as the check engine light.
While driving, the clutch feels weird and the car won't go over 2500 RPM, the thing will go up and down in between 2-3k rpm and starts to jerk, when VDC and SLIP pop up it feels like a whole different car. The clutch feels weird and acts up, for example, when i push the clutch in, whether it's to upshift or downshift or even put it in neutral and slow down, it gets "stuck" at 1500 RPM. The issue pops up at random times, even if I'm on the highway.
I previously went to a garage to fix this issue and the scanner for the check engine light said to replace the air MAF sensors and so we did that among many other things, so when I heard it was done I was excited and the next day the issue pops up again. I sent it to the garage again but I want a second opinion from anyone in here if they have any idea as to what's happening, I'm starting to become demotivated and feel like this problem won't go.

Any ideas on how to fix it or what's happening in the first place?

If you replaced both of the MAF sensors with quality units and reset the ECU afterwards, it sounds like maybe an issue with the throttle bodies. I'm not sure about the VDC and SLIP lights, but the rest sounds like it could be a tb issue.
