Default Need new clutch

Wasn't sure where to post this, I dont use forums much.

Anyways, I'm in the market for a new clutch, as mine is starting to go, along with the throw-out bearing. The clutch kit I'm getting through Z1 includes the throw-out bearing also. I've seen retainer springs, and bearing sleeves that are commonly bought with the bearing is bought separately. My question is, is it necessary to buy the retainer spring and bearing sleeve when replacing the bearing? Or no?

I have an 06 350z roadster.

Also, I'm going with the Z1 performance street clutch kit, any other recommendations as to what buy?

Moved to a more appropriate forum. As to your question, if you're purchasing a full clutch kit from Z1, I'd reuse the throwout bearing sleeve without much concern. Also, consider whether your flywheel will have enough meat on it to reuse. Nothing like having the car in the air, tranny on the floor and finding the flywheel is toast.

Appreciate it! The clutch kit comes with a flywheel also so no issue there👌 as for the throwout bearing, none of those extra parts are necessary then?

Unless there's some obvious damage to the sleeve, just replace the throwout bearing with the new one.
