Default Window not dropping enough when opening door

Hello, both my windows on my 350Z hr roadster are not dropping enough. They just go down a couple of 2 or 3 mm while they should drop about 10mm ( 1/4 of an inch ). If you lay your hand on the window it drops down where it should be. Fore the rest there is no problem and both the windows function normal.

Yesterday i took out the regulator and cleaned everything and sprayed it with lithiumgrease. There was no noticeable difference, maybe one mm . I now think the window doesn,t drop because of freeplay in the system. Did somebody experience the same problem and can you tell me if the freeplay is most likely in the regulator or the motor it self?

Any help will be apreciated, thanks and kind regards, Rolf

Yes, i did. The window goes up and down as it should. Also the motor is working as it should when opening the door. It's just that it looks like it isn't pulling the window down when it starts running. This gives me the idea that there is some freeplay somewhere, but where?
