Default Need assistance naming and removing broken bolt

Underneath radiator
So I was removing my old undershroud to install a new Z1 aluminum on my 08 nismo (also forgot to buy the $250 nismo extension for it).

I noticed that the shroud bolts into these 3 locations. The far right was already missing a bolt, middle doesn't even have the nut thing and far left was broken off. This bolt also seems to be hardened as every bit and extractor I have does not make a scratch it in.

Can someone give me a part number for the bolt and nut for the middle? The only way I can imagine getting this out is by removing the radiator to insert the middle nut and maybe turning it with pliers from the top

Any help would be appreciated

Your best bet is to go to a local Nissan dealer and ask about a specific part # from the parts department. On most Z33s, the middle hole uses a blind plastic rivet to hold up the center of the undershroud, while the two side holes use 10mm bolts to hold up the panel.
