Question My is stuck on and only is blowing out cold air

Hi I have a 2003 and one day it just started over heating after my boyfriend had messed with the coolant. I guess he didn't bleed it right so we are fixing the coolant and getting all the air bubbles out of it. But now my ac won't turn off and it is only blowing out cold air. What could this be ? The thermostat?

Have you done anything to the ribbon connection behind the temperature controls lately - like removing the center console or installing an aftermarket stereo?

I haven't no. But I got the car with an after market stereo already... But I told my boyfriend about that so he will take a look. I also heard that it could be that my heat core is clogged up.
