Default Spark plugs tube seals replacement

Instead of replacing the spark plugs tube seals, as anyone ever replaced the whole valve cover? Specifically the ones from SKP (part # SKVCS554L & SKVCS554R. At 43$ a piece, It's less hassle than changing the tube seals. Unless there is something I'm miising.

TIA

They're usually spot-on. Are you quite sure you're getting both valve covers and gaskets for $USD90 and shipping?

Also you don't change the seals, they are one with the covers unless you have aftermarket ones where it allows you to replace them.

The price is for one cover and no the gaskets are not included but the tube seals are. Compare the OEM ones, it's a bargain. So I was just wondering if they were good.

I've replaced my valve covers so many times I could do it with my eyes closed. If you're going to spend time at high rpm, go OEM and use RTV on the tube seals (in addition to what the manual says) before you place the cover. If you cheap out they WILL spit oil. PCV delete w/ 3way catch can helps a little bit

PS my car is 95% tracked

Just had my valve cover and gaskets replaced...parts sourced from Z1. Had my local shop do the install and the oil leaking/burning has completely stopped.
