Air conditioning compressor works but ac is still Hot

Air conditioning compressor works but ac is still Hot
So ive charged the low side to the condemnations on the freon can , and when i press the ac button i hear and can see the AC Compressor clutch engage, but the air is still room temp , is their a random sensor that needs to be changed?, could the evaporator or condenser be clogged/ needs to be cleaned?, tx
