Default 350z clutch bleed problem

Hi there I have just tried to flush my clutch fluid and have run into a problem, I got my friend to push down on the clutch while I opened the slave cylinder nipple on the transmission I noticed that only a small amount of fluid came out so I did up the nut again and got my friend to pump the clutch to do it again but the clutch had no pressure any more and was just sticking to the ground I loosened the nut and again only a small amount of clutch fluid came out. in hindsight I realise that I didn’t pump the clutch before the first release but now my clutch has no pressure and I can’t flush out my fluid can someone help me?

Push it down and manually pull it back up 15-20 times, then press and hold, crack nut, tighten it back....rinse and repeat
