I'd start with just the clutch. Since the slave is external, it's easy to do the hydraulics later, if the clutch doesn't fix the problem. This is because he's on a budget.

What you posted should work fine also. The cheap ebay clutch kits are all the same except the flywheel you have is heavier, so if you want to free up some hp you can opt for the more expensive flywheel, but if that doesn't matter then go with the cheapest option
