Default Limp mode in my 2008 350z

My car keep cutting into limp mode and I cannot figure out why. I have changed 2 camshaft sensors 1 crank sensor maf sensor 2 upstream o2 sensors and it’s still doing it. Could it be my tires ? I don’t think my basic code reader is pulling a abs code. Maybe it could be a wheel speed sensor ? It will drive but then when I take my foot off then gas and try to put it back on it will try and cut

Welcome and I've moved your post to a more appropriate forum. As for your question on why your Z33 is going into limp mode, a poll is NOT going to help much. You'd be better off posting what codes you have pulled in the past and what repairs correspond to them. What is your code reader showing NOW? Why do you suspect tire sizes? What tire sizes are you running currently? When did this problem start in the first place?

It’s been happening ever since I took my cats out. And put these tires on. I have a code p0051. I’ve been chasing this problem for awhile I have 245/45/18 in the front and 265/35/18 in the back since it’s 35 in the back it could be throwing something off is what I thought. Also the slip light comes on but all gauges and lights on dash on still on jus no throttle respone

You likely have two separate problems. P0051 may be related to pulling your cats, but is more directly related to problems with the heated oxygen sensor. The limp mode issue is more likely the problem of mounting smaller diameter (25.4") tires on the rear of your Z, vs. the front tires (26.68"). This means the rotational speed of the rear tires is higher (faster) than the fronts- and a situation where the software built into the Z knows leads to a spin or crash. Thus, limp mode gets activated. You get to decide the best way to make some changes to resolve the issue(s) or ask for some advice (forget the poll) on how to do that.
