Why doesn't it run? A motor with bad valve stem seals will still run but will smoke. If it doesn't run and if it's NOT the valve stem seals, replacing the seals will be a waste of time. You need to actually find out why it really doesn't run before doing this. I also question why bought a non-running 350z. If you really got it dirt cheap, I mean almost free type of cheap, then the car probably has a million miles on it. A replacement motor with less miles might be better, easier and cheaper in the end.
