One of my rear tail lights has little specs of water inside it. Has anyone else had this problem? How did you fix?

 

This is usually a problem with front headlights. But I assume it can also happen up front. Make sure it wasnt hit from behind just in case (I highly doubt it was but it never hurts to check).
Its fairly easy to tell. Paint will be oversprayed at least somewhere under the car
