Thumbs down Is squeeling from the clutch pedal normal when shifting.......

I took my Z in to have them check a squeel sound coming from the clutch pedal when shifting form 1st to 2nd , 2nd to 3rd at when shifting at 4k or higher. I met with this NNA tech or engineer whatever he is named Angel that goes around so.cal dealers from bakersfield to up tp Las Vegas anyways he is he is a puppet for Nissan that goes around solving problems for dealers anyways he supposed to know everything. First he said I was abusing my Z shifting at 4k and later said the sreech/ squeel sound was normal and spoke to me all technical about some syncomesh in tranny that that noise happened at Hi RPMs or else my tranny would grind. Keep in mind my tranny was replaced once (threw in Nismo flywheel too) at 10k my Z has now has 13k. I think I am getting short changed and they don't want to give me a new tranny or warranty my clutch. I might not have a Bachlors in Auto Tech , but I have never heard of a clutch sqeeling being normal. My service advisor could do anything because what Angel says is good as gold because he from NNA and is the **** and they blow too much smoke up his *** and contradicting him would insult him intelligence. If anybody has advise please help. I mentioned the Nismo clutch made by Exedy and he freaked out saying it would not help and even do bad instead of good go figure no wonder he said his wife got the automatic Z so he does'nt have to worry about shifting. NISSAN SHIFT how ironic. Don't they make a TRACK model.
