BOSE ISSUES: Copies of NTB03086 and NTB03087 ??

Anyone have copies of the Nissan technical bulletins related to the BOSE stereo system? I need a copy of NTB03086 and NTB03087 in order to do their job for them! 12 months ago BOSE and Nissan told me they knew my stereo had and issue and that they would fix it. (Nov 2002 build date) In January 2004 they let me know how pleased they are to let me know they have a fix. Nissan told me they'd call the dealer and tell them what to do. I called the dealer to check if the parts have been ordered and they say Nissan never called. I give them the direct number to the person handling my case and the person won't call the dealership back. I called the person too and they won't call me back either. A few months later and they still haven't resolved what fix they are supposed to make to address the poor quality of the BOSE system!!! I finally started calling the 800 number and wouldn't give up until I spoke with a human. I reached someone last week and they said NTB03087 is what they should be doing and that my VIN applies. They really weren't sure which NTB to perform themselves. I give this to the dealer and they say...nope...my VIN doesn't apply. icon16: So my service manager wants to fix the BOSE but doesn't know what repair he is supposed to make without help from the factory.

send in a defect notification (on the back of the lemon law grey booklet) certified mail and you will get a call back from nissan arbitration specialists within 10 days. good luck!

Yes could somebody please post these if they have access to them. I have tried to do as much research on this on my own but the Bose TSB listed above in the repair forum is outdated, the search on this site is still down, and I want to see what I have before I contact the dealer. More specifiaclly I think I am interested in 3086, i may have it backwards, my car was built before 10/02, a touring and has already had one fix done in December, but it still sounds like dog dirt. All help will be greatly appreciated.
