AT Knock shifting from 2nd-3rd?

AT Knock shifting from 2nd-3rd?
Hey guys, I get this Knock (just one during the shift) while shifting into 3rd (in manumatic mode only, from 1/2-full throttle, doesnt happen under Light acceleration), doesnt happen in auto mode...anyone have any experience with this?
I have a 04.5 AT Enthusiast. Also, Where the hell is the CEL on the 04's? or is it the "Service Engine Soon" light? The ECU reset procedure from technosquare doesnt work BTW.. Thanks
