Default Just had tires replaced for feathering

Took the car in for a few things ....

Feathering
Gas door not opening
Window not rolling up
Throw out bearing noise

Results:

Replaced spring on gas door .. got gas and it still doesnt open first push

Window: Had to order a motor

Throw out bearing : Told me to my face that all the Zs do this, and there is nothing they can do.

Feathering: Replaced both front tires with new tires. OMFG what a difference, I am loving the drive again. No road noise at all. That roaring got really loud at 10k miles.

Has anyone had the tires replaced, the toe adjusted, and it FIXED the problem ?????????

I've heard of a few that haven't had the "feathering" and associated road noise come back, but it seems like most of them continue to have the problem. I know what you're saying about driving with a new set of tires on...its like a whole new car. That tire noise is truly annoying, and its back on mine again so loud that I can hear it over the radio.

NOOO!!! Don't say that !! I didn't have to b!tch at all to get new tires, they did it automatically. I don't think they will give me 2 sets of new tires.

If that noise comes back I have to sell this thing, I can't take that noise. After getting new tires, and really knowing how bad the roaring had been, there ain't no going back.

I had tires/alignment done at 18,000. Now on 25,000 and so far the noise has not returned. It may still come back of course, but so far it hasn't.

I had tires replaced at 12k now at 24k they are gonna do it again. But the dealership told me both times about the feathering pretty much as soon as the problem was starting. No problems from them as far as replacing them.Who knows I might not ever have to buy front tires.
