Taking brakes apart "how-to" doc?
I would like to do the following for a weekend project:
1) replace stock rotors with drilled/slotted rotors (same size)
2) replace stock brake lines with steel lines
3) remove calipers and wash/paint them
4) replace stock brake pads with low dust pads
I have the service manual, so I'm pretty sure I can get everything apart, but I don't know anything about bleeding brake lines. Is there a how-to doc somewhere that explains what tools I will need, and basic steps?
I know there are a lot of bleeding brakes guides on the net, but I was hoping for something more 350Z-centric.

The only thing I haven't done is wash/paint calipers. It's all straight forward, if you need a hand PM me and I can help. Besides the paint drying, the rest of the work is maybe a couple hours.
I suggest checking out the Stoptech install manual for install info. Go to Pepboys or equivalent and get a bleeder kit. Get someone to pump the pedal while you bleed. Another fine Stoptech tutorial: http://www.stoptech.com/whitepapers/...rakesright.htm
Very easy process
