I've got the same problem too! Although is seems to be alot worse in the morning when it's cold out. But once it kinda warms up it's not as bad.
Sorry, I don't have a solution for it.

where exactly is it rattling on the door panel? When I installed my component set, and had the door panels off ... there were these hard foam blocks attached to the panel side with a really weak glue/sillicone.
On both door panels, they literally FELL off when I took the panel off ... and when I re-assembled the panels, I used a high grade urethane to re-attach the foam blocks to the panels. I have had no rattle at all.

D@mn, I've got the same buzz coming from my driver's door. Almost exclusively occurs when the stereo is on. Is this worth taking to the dealership for warranty coverage? Will they do anything?

i have it from both the doors...mine goes away when i push in the armrests into the door panel, but starts as soon as i let go or a few sec. later....i cut small peice of cardboard and jammed it in between the armrest and the door, it helps for a little bit, but looks ghet-to...i went to the dealer but they told me the entire door panel is plastic and there's nothing they could do about it...i wanna dynomat, but dunno if it's gonna work, i can't imagine how bad it would be if i changed the speakers...

Yeah, it's definately the panels not the speakers. Although I don't think it's the quality of the plastic but rather how the entire panel is attached to the door-not tight enough, a little bass and it rattles. I just crank it up so I don't hear the rattle.

i don't have any noise from my driver's door but,
I'm getting a buzzing somewhere on the back(trunk?), passenger side. I can't find the source of the buzzing. Does anyone else get a noise around there and know where it might be coming from?

diddo on the driver door panel rattling. When i press the armrest the rattling goes away, but comes back as soon as i stop pressing. I'm thinking of maybe placing some double-sided tape or foam piece about the width of the tape between the armrest & panel to see if that absorbs the rattling.
As far as the buzzing in the rear, I hear a slight buzzing & my friend told me it was the elec. fuel sensor & that i could hear it b/cuz the hatch is an open space and we sit pretty far back. I'm not sure if this is true or not, so anyone feel free to comment on this.

Same here, behind the passenger side. I am thinking is the speaker.... or the plastic parts covering the speaker.

I took mine to the dealer, it took them twice to fix it. The second time they used plenty of glue and have not had a problem since. They told me that it was a poly urathane pad that had fallen off.
