I noticed that when I brake hard (plus downshift) that sometimes my cd player will just stop playing for a couple secs. Does anyone else have this problem?

At first I thought it might've been my knee hitting my key(chain) but I tried wrigglin that around and nothing happens so I don't know what it could be, the rest of the car stays on though. It's more of a distraction than anything.

BTW I do not have the stock head unit anymore (no more bose), I have an Alpine.

 

Running into this problem today. What could this be? I just replace the door speakers and I may be shorting out the cd player somehow?

Anyone? Help? Please? ASAP?
