Default What Diff Oil To Use?

I am changing my diff fluid this weekend. Is standard 75-90 type gear oil ok, or are people using something inparticular? What about the VLSD additive that a lot of car companies require, do I need to add any of that?

GL-5 80W-90 fluid is recommended from owner's manual. Not sure if there is a need to LSD additive?
