Well, this was my Z that I owned for 1.5 weeks. Track addition with 8k. Ran it off the road trying to miss a deer. I am now looking for another. I was on Popes Head Rd in Fairfax. Beware if you are on it at night!! I ended up taking out a street sign, cutting 2 trees in half (8in diameter), going airborne about 4.5ft, and ended up in a 2ft ditch about 200m into the woods. I want to cry just thinking about it. I will say, I walked away with no injuries. One small bruis (?) on my hip from the belt. I would (and will) get another just for safety reasons.
lets get those brembos off, and put my stock tourings on there before it goes to scrap!
heheehh
1st thought when I seen the pic. No sense in lettin them go to waste. Glad you were not hurt bad. Deer on the base where I work look both ways before crossing.
I know that road too, plenty of deer around. Reminds me of Waples Mill Rd, all sorts of animals running around. Instinct is to swerve instead of hitting the deer, I can't imagine many people making the split decision to plow right through Bambi. Glad you were ok and didn't go sideways or something.
Back to your brakes...if you can pull if off take them off dude! Gold Brembos would loomk so nice on my PPW I'll give you money to make it worth your time plus my stockers...and we have Evolution nearby.
sorry to hear/see this. Glad your ok. Seems like the Z is pretty safe car!! If you can, try to take some stuff from the car, i sure do like those track wheels (if they are in good condition)
sorry to see that ur baby got bashed up like dat man. like its said before the main importance is that ur okay to hell with the car in situations like that..... glad ur okay
