I totally undertand your point of view, but I got tired of trying to "weed out the bad ones". Like I stated before, I was only dishonest about the car, nothing else. I'm not a liar, nor have I and nor will I ever be. I HATED lying to her about it, but I felt I had to do it and Im glad I did.

Amen! There's nothing wrong with the way you behaved!!! I agree with what you did, I know of alot of golddigging W*ores that would take your money and then brag about it!
It's really sad, with some girls you can give them a louie vuitton purse and they won't even care. While others you can just buy them lunch and they'll be so appreciative, and will never forget about what you did for them. Lucky my GF is the latter.

I think if someone is just hiding their money only at first to weed out the bad people, there is nothing wrong with that. If they're being honest about everything else besides that point then that's ok.
