Looks sooooo much better!!!
the old bulbs were a PITA to remove
the bulbs (3457na)

are set in place by 4 tabs, and it's locked in really good.
i ended up going to sav-on drugs and buying a pair of cheapo tweezers from the cosmetic area. When the tweezers didn't work in their normal state, I ended up getting creative and breaking the tweezer in half and finally using one leg of the tweezer and jamming it into one side of the tab, jamming the other leg into the opposite side, and then pulling the bulb out. Took me about 30-35 min getting the first bulb out. After I got my technique, got the second bulb out in like 2 min. Anyways, I got these from evostyle and i hope these last for a long time because the way the base is shaped on these new ones i won't be able to get them out the same way. I think what i'll have to do when they DO go out is that i'll have to break the bulb, then use a dremel to remove the bulging area that blocks access to the tabs. Who knows
but they better not go out on me anytime soonlooks good with the JDM clear reflectors doesnt it??
i just put mine in my '06 PPW along with PIAA superwhite LED wedgebulbs. i actually had no problems taking them out, all those long hours in the gym are paying off, haha.
now if i can figure out how to change out the little orange LED cluster at the top of the headlight, the front lighting transformation is complete!! does anybody know how to disconnect these things. i saw some wires in there while inside the fender well, i want to know which one to cut, since it seems impossible to get to them to change them.

lol of course i didn't use the nasty *** brush, i'm also an autopian btw
. the dirt was caked on there really good so i went to the coin-op and just hosed most of it off. i took the pics after i was done with the rinse. i went back to my garage afterwards and did QEW (quick easy wash). can't believe how great that stuff works. funny thing was i even used high pressure soap for the hell of it and then when i got down to finally washing it in my garage my rinse bucket was completely black by time i was only half-way through.
