The G's are friend's cars, the white one we lowered it while I tore down my car, and the black one was just spectating. =) All the parts belong to my Z.

Haha, I bet that after that everything was smelling wonderful

And I am about to be on my second new line, same line as the one you are replacing.

That heat wrap can take alot of indirect/non-direct contact heat... But direct heat it will fail... So def. try to bend/raise it as high as you can to limit contact with that turbo exhaust side pipe

Whats the best way to help prevent this from happening to the A/C Line. So far I got 1. Bend it a far away as possible. 2. Wrap it with heat wrap.
Anything else?

I finished the project today, upon the end, I drove off and the AC line blew off the condenser, just disconected, threw away 25 dollars in R34, reinstalled fitting, refilles, AC ok now. Then on my way home, boosted a bit, and car overheated to the H, all the way up. Turned it off and stopped traffic in the middle of the highway =)... Then went to the gas station, it all seemed it needed like a cup of water or so... I will post pics later of the last work.

I tried bending it away, I've done it 3 times, this was my forth, I wrapped the turbo downpipe with exhaust wrap, two layers, and I wrapped the AC line with exhaust wrap as well. This should be enough. IF not, I will make an airplane's AC system line, to fit in my AC system. That will not brake with anything... they are steel braded and very flexible. We'll see.

Yes sir, and it cools just fine, It has cooling issues, takes like 5 minutes to cool during lunch time when it's 100 degrees out here in Miami, but otherwise it's a fix.
