if a front plate is not required where you live i would still put it there so people think you were forced to drill holes in the bumper to put a plate on.

Not a fan of front plates at all. If they had predriled my bumper, I would just remove it and have the two tiny holes.

They can't look NEAR as bad as a 6"x10" plate sticking on the front and breaking up the lines of the car...

If you insist, the plate is cool, but no plate = teh best.

Heck, a body shop could probably even "plug" the holes with some type of filler without damaging the area around it. Put a dab of touchup paint on filler and you would be good to go IMO. Probably would look no different than the two tiny indentations on the bumper where the holes normally are drilled.

NP bro, anything to make another Z look as sleek as possible.

I'll be living in PA forever, so I don't need a front tag.

Yeah, I'd just use a Q-Tip or something to apply some bondo to the inside of the holes. Whipe off any excess.

You woudn't even need a paint shop, just the OEM touchup paint. No need to repaint the entire bumper IMO.

Could be a 10 min. fix, so I'm not sure why anyone (other than required) leaves on their front tags, even when pre-drilled by dealer.

If you didn't want to redo your front bumper, IMO this would look better than that plate:
