0% post shot color adjustment.
This may yet be the best picture I have taken yet. This photography thing is addicting.
Guys looking for a new DSLR. Don't do it. It's freaking expensive
Goddamn lenses, filters, flashes, tripods... once your'e into it, like modding, photography can break that wallet in half. I'm already dreaming of a Canon 60mm macro lens like I have been an HKS dual.

1st off, get a tripod.
Next, set your your shutter speed to at least longer than 1" (1 second), depending on how long you want the streaks. With 1", you're actually going to see the cars. The longer the exposure, the longer the streaks and the cars are no longer visible. Play around with the exposure time to get the effect you want.
Just make sure your camera stays absulutely still when the shutter is open on that tripod, and you're set. A little shake, and your shot will be fuzzy.
I actually rushed to the bridge to get this shot. I wanted to get the clouds, but had to wait until cars turned their lights on.
Here's one a little earlier in the day, hence more exposure to the clouds and such.

Thanks for the write up. I am going to give it a try with my crappy digicam this weekend.
