it is a Webasto sunroof. from what i hear it is the only way to go. The name of the place is long island custom coachworks. I cannot find the link to the website as i did this 3 yrs ago. sorry. try googling it i know they have a few shops around the country. It took them approx 3-4 hours and thats it.
here are pictures of my identical sunroof on a PPW...
I believe its the Webasto Holinda 300 Medium to be exact...
on thing, make sure they install it using a relay and tap into a safe spot. they screwed up my factory nav by frying something when they pulled power off of it...
webasto has a tech site that explains how to install using relay.

i agree TECH. You would def have to trust the install. good thing i was really a newbie at mod's when i got first got it done. If i really knew the danger that i was putting my Z in i prob would have never done it. Thank god i wasnt really into this site beforehand, you guys would have talked me out of it, but now its done no probs and i absolutely love it. I had a bunch of Z's around here ask me where i got it done and I dont tell them. I tell them i sent it away and say it was like $1500. dont want anyone biting off my sh*t lol.
