i really wish i had more time tonight. a lot more cars showed up than i had anticipated when i initially thought. i was hoping just to get 3-5 cars out. but instead i got around 8 i think.

only got a chance to snap a couple of shots per car.

the lighting was crap. long shadows everywhere. then the damn amber lights around the structure turned on - ruined the shots.

all taken with the kit lens.

pictures didn't turn out as nice as i would've liked them to have. maybe we'll do this again after i get the tammy/nifty fifty lenses.

Your photography is improving... reminds me of me... when I was starting out. Taking pictures of cars whenever possible. My head is still on a swivel while driving looking for good places to take pics.

BTW, I'm gonna bug the hell out of you about the 50mm 1.8
