Just try to make the foreground sharper to make it come alive. imho

also need some lighting filter,, look at the reflaection in the front bumper of the real backgrounds.

i like the reflecation effects, but your windows have trees in there.

That's a simple effect in PS. Looks like he took a "reflection" tutorial and went to work.

Why is the car driving on on the lake? Jesus car?

The only problem is the reflection on the drivers side door. I can see the wall for christ sakes.
