I was hoping that you were going to put the clear bulb in there. Great job!
Actually, I have some LED bulbs in there that OverZealous1 didn't want. With the lower bulb resistance, they blink hella fast. I'll eventually swap them out for normal, clear bulbs such as the one that slayed my hand.

I noticed you didn't do the oven method. Was it difficult using the heat gun? How long did you have to use the heat gun to seperate the housing?

We placed the lights infront of a fire place for a little over an hour while we swung by the store for parts and got something to eat. Using the heat gun, we heated small sections at a time (6" or so) and used shishkebab skewers as shims until just the top portion of the headlight was loose. It took about 30 minutes per headlight to do it this way.
