Have had dual exhaust for the last six years. On a whim I got a used Megan Racing Spec R single, changed my y pipe to match, car already has z1 headers and resonated test pipes, car makes a horrible prolong flutter or release in pressure, I know the vq is known for certain sounds rasp etc. But this is plain and simple driving me nuts. I have Zero leaks.

Fitment is another issue I see, the part of the catback that goes over body brace in front of tires.. vibrates and hits on startup at idle. anyone else experience this? Thought about getting the matching Megan Y or just going long tube headers with the single.

These cars are made to be with a 2 EXIT exhaust. Your 'less weight' point is completley invalid, the ever so slight weight reduction means nothing, it's just your method of validating ricing out your car. Sweet fart can man, i bet girls love those things.

I am putting a single on my car because it weighs considerable less than the dual exit that is on the car now. I could give two shytes how it sounds or looks.

I have everything listed as a mod, including the perrin antenna. You want to know why? So if someone likes the look of the car, they can know everything without asking. It's that simple. I bought stillen because i love the sound and love the look. Single exhausts are crappy and just overall cheap and have no place on a 350z. Anyone outside of this forum agrees. Girls laugh at that ****, just like they laugh at srt4s, etc.

The srt-4 is better than these single exit z's though. I mean at least it has the function/hp part down. If you guys don't care about looks, just get one of those shitboxes and leave the 350's for people who care about them..
