Hi guys I got back from Montana and I'm almost ready to set this thing on fire, lol. We installed the brake Master Cylinder and found where the brake lines are broke so I'm waiting for the brake lines to arrive. We also ran into another problem one of the valves keeps sticking, we are going to spend some more time on it this weekend so I'll have an update on Sunday. Montana was great.................

Well it is a dark dark day in my young restoration career, we have a bad cylinder Houston lol. I-We feel this car is going to need alot of work to make it roadworthy again. I am in the process of buying another 74 260 2+2 that I found, this one actually runs and drives so we'll be in alot better shape. I'll post pics of the new one and let you all know what happens.

Subscribed! I absolutely would do anything to have that sitting in the garage next to my 350.

Well its been awhile since I've posted an update. I now have 3 Datsuns 2 2+2's one 260 and 1 280 and I also have a regular 280 all for under 2 grand. I purchased the second 2+2 because it runs great and the interior is mint. I drove it 2.5 hours home but the body is horrible. The plan is to remove what I need from the 2+2's part one out and do something with the other one. I am going to be putting the regular 280 back together for a daily driver we actually drove it today it is a Florida car so the rust is not bad at all compared to the 2 other ones. I will post a few pics.

Here are a few pics.....

The 2+2 that runs like a champ but the body is horrible, I'm still not sure what to do with it because like I said it runs great I drove it 2.5 hours at 75mph.

The running project 280, Florida car body is in great shape.

My Datsun Mechanic's-Friend Steve's 280 you should see his old Datsun 510 I'll try to snap a few pics of that in the near future.
