Check out my project with pictures and story....
Cool story so I thought I'd share. I have a friend who lives out in the middle of nowhere here in PA and on my way to his house numerous times I spotted this old 1974 Datsun 260Z 2+2. One day I just decided to go to the door and ask if they wanted to get rid of the car, and older lady answered the door mid 70's and I asked if the car was hers she said no it was her sons and she's been bugging him to get it out of there. I said here is my number have him call me, a week or so goes buy and he calls and says he'd sell it but it needs a whole new interior, wheels (removed to save suspension by owner), a clutch slave cylinder and the carbs need to be rebuilt but other that that it should fire right up with a new battery. He also says he has a bunch of old parts I can have too like a roll cage, rear hatch, seats, headlight housings, all kinds of stuff. He says I want three and a half, I thought $3500 this dude is nuts I said whoa I'm not ready to spend that on a project car like this, he said you think three hundred and fifty dollars is alot I said I must not have heard you right I'll meet you tomorrow (which was today) and give you the cash and I'll have it out in a few days. The car has 130k miles on the inline 6 it has had 4 owners never in an accident from what I could see but it has been repainted it was originally silver. I'm pretty excited to get down and dirty with it and I'll post pics as I go but I won't be able to start till next weekend, here is what it looks like as I type this, hope you enjoy.

Daamn that's awesome! I saw one in a ditch in somebody's front yard one time and I wish I would have asked them if I could take it off their hands...Keep us updated as you fix her!

^^^^I was told the 2+2's had a much better ride because of the longer wheelbase, I don't mind the difference. Thanks for the comments guys, I'll post pics as I go.
