two tone leather installed.pics!
decided to put leather in my 06 enthusiast. i used to work for nissan so the manager there got me the guy that puts aftermarket katzskin leather to get it for me at cost. two tone 100% katzskin leather with black part perforated for $675 otd. i wanted burnt orange but the 2 closes colors were orange( too bright) and autumn...i went with the autumn. it actually turned out more orange than the sample autumn piece when i picked out the color so it's actually the perfect color i wanted.
oh yeah..my car is silverstone by the way..forgot to take a pic of it from the front after the leather install...but u get the picture..

nice ... I used to work for a custom upholstery shop, so I would take a heat gun to those wrinkles to help get them out, but dont expose it too long or it will burn it

I think it looks great, and you used it in all the right places (as more of the "wear zone" you left in black). Nicely thought out. Any plans in other places in the interior that you are going to implement with this color to match the seats?

Original post, great looking color combination. I've been contemplating ordering katzkin as well, but I'm not sure what I want just yet. The perforation on the middle portion looks great, but like others have said...maybe you can take a heat gun to it, or add more padding to make them looks more stretched. Overall, awesome job man.

i'm not gonna go and pull it open and put more padding down..i don't want to screw anything up. it feels fine to me...not really concerned about it being a tad loose. no plans on any leather anywhere else..just wanted to replace to stock cloth that was starting to fade and get a little worn.
