Haven't seen them around either, probably for good reason too.

As far as the h-tech springs are concerned...they don't offer much of a drop. Sure it does lower your car, but it's rather subtle...too subtle.

If you're looking to drop your car...get the s-techs or gf210s as they are both decently priced.
