Does a Hyundai even count as a VIP car? I guess one could say so but i myself wouldn't, but in any event the car as it's setup does in fact look very good. Interesting!

it doesn't matter what the car is more so of what you do to the car...in layman's terms...VIP = airbags, wheel poke, stretched tires, and turbo, and a 4 door car for the most part.
so you could pretty much make a 97 camry look ballerific with those ingredients and people would call it 'VIP'

Not really... You almost got the right idea. Car should be a 4 door RWD luxuary japanese car, i.e. Q45, M45, Lexus LS400, and etc. It doesn't have to be on airbags, a lot of the VIP guys run coilovers. What counts the most is, wheel fitment, type of wheels, deepdish, offset, stretched tires, epic slammage, and crazy negative camber. You can never make a 97' camry VIP...
