Z-ATTACK 8 pics!!! (56K hell no!)
Z-Attack 8 was this past weekend in the Nashville, TN area. There were a couple people signed up but due to random things happening only Tony (t's golden Z) and I ended up making the trek down there. IT WAS A BLAST! We left at 530ish AM on Friday morning and drove straight through, stopping a couple times to eat/gas. Took about 7-8 hours from the Chicago area. Awesome drive down, very scenic and you gotta love the 70 mph speed limit and awesome smooth roads.
Friday we got down there and checked into the hotel and the whole time we drove around the town we were in we saw not ONE Z... it was really weird considering the hotel we were at was booked with Z people and the town was holding a huge Z meet.
So we got lunch, checked into the hotel and then washed the cars. It was crazy to pull up to a self wash and see this beast sitting in the bay next to me...
From there we chilled at the hotel for a bit then went over to the first meeting spot which was Crawford Z Car Service. They had a big BBQ going and had the street blocked off for allt he cars. I took pics there but havent gotten to them yet. WILL POST LATER!
Stayed there til late then had some fun at the hotel... got up the next morning and went to the main even which was held at the Nissan corporate office. Awesome day. Here's the pics from that. I ended up winning a Z1 Auto Plenum Spacer from a raffle, that pretty much sealed the deal for the awesome weekend.
STILL HAVE MORE TO GO THROUGH FROM THE SHOW BUT HERES A COUPLE QUICK ONES
This was the middle of the cars... there were just as many to the left and behind in this pic. Probably 100+ cars showing then at the bottom of the hill was the employee show with all sorts of nice cars.
I have a lot more pics to go through but this will do it for now. More later or tomorrow.
All in all awesome time. Good job by all the sponsors and people behind this that made it go pretty flawlessly. We skipped the dinner Saturday night to go watch the UFC fight but I'm sure it was awesome like the rest of the weekend. Will definitely be attending next year.
