Well, this was the original plan when I got the hood, but I wasn't able to get the hood done before the end of summer, and just ended up putting it off over the winter. So, at the end of March, I finally got around to having the airbrushing done on the hood. The artist's name is Corey Meints, and he's local here in Boise. He did all of this by freehand, taking about 2 1/2 weeks of his spare time to complete.

Good job on the artwork and all. But it looks like something that would be on a females vehicle. That is if unless you are a female name steve?

Great painting skills, but I am not sure I would rock it....agree with the female comment. Very nice work though.

Airbrushing looks great. Only downside is that the design is something I'd see as a tattoo on a chick...not on a dude's sports car...lol.

It is your taste, and everyone's is different.

IMO- I do think that you should do something more on the car to compliment that part of the hood(maybe something on the driver rear quarter to balance the corners - hopefully you have more plans in store. Also, I would swap the amber lenses with clear ones.

I have to say I like it alot! Great quality on the work and not too extreme. I would never do that to mine, but I like that you had the guts to try this out.

 

I think it's unique... Not on my car, but interesting on someone else's.

You must remove your rear wiper and get the '06+ headlights.
