Nice car and a fair price. Ignore the anti-Bose comments. It's cool to bash them on the web. I love my Bose system.

believe me if i had the choice i woulda got an hr z or even a revup in a second. but even without the 11k miles based on what was for sale in my area i couldnt get anything better than an 05 with around 30k miles and to me if its the same engine and doesnt really have any difference in looks or performance from 03 to 05 the thing im gunna go for is whichever has the lower miles so even without the sound system i probably woulda went for the one with lower miles. im from massachusetts which is probably one of the worst states to own a z because of the terrible new england winters so the z market is awful and you gotta get your hands on a good z when you can. and believe me compared to the other zs for sale in a reasonable distance from where i live i got a good deal regardless of whether i got the bose stuff or not because an 03 z with 11k miles here would be over $18000 so i really only paid a little more for the system and a one of a kind z so that is what sold me on it and satisfies me.

sorry for the essay just tryna get my point across

I'll vouch for that, I had to go to NH to find my car...i went to 3 dealers to check out Z's for under $20k, and all three were gone by the time i went. THey don't sit around for long here.

Um...I may be mistaken.....but this is an air vent...so your door vents work. My car has it too!! It is not a speaker, unless they took out your vent and put a speaker in there...which is odd.

Like I said...I could be wrong.

the car itself is a fair price. but the audio kit seems like something that's dedicated for more of a movie, surround setup. for best music playback, you're still better off with a 2 channel or 2.1 channel setup(stereo). instead of having all those speakers around you, you can do much better with just 2, IMO, and it's much more simple. Anyways, welcome to the forum.

ya youre probably right but like i said it was essentially just the media system and its nice factory look and the low mileage that made me purchase the car and all the speakers were just extra. and if it really came down to it i could always easily swap out the speakers with some better aftermarket speakers since all the wiring and custom mounting and everything is already done. but anyways thanks for the welcoming

I personally am a big fan of integrated audio/video, so that is pretty baller in my book. I probably would have payed more to be honest. Can't put a price on one of a kind things, especially an actual Bose demo car showing off their best stuff, and it will never be duplicated.

Its not much to look at in terms of beyond a stock Z, but its a good platform to start building off of. Good luck with the car.

you got a good deal... the car is practically brand new. And with that sound system, its worth it! I'd rather get a car tahts got less km's on it than a newer one with more.

Forget the negative comments and just enjoy your Z. Some people on this forum just like to talk crap because they're behind a monitor. Catch them on the street and try to start a conversation about cars, you'll be suprised how full of sht they are.

You paid more than I paid for...well nevermind that. If you believe it's worth that, enjoy your car and don't worry about what any of us says
