YES!! You had that problem, too?

I had to keep tightening it tighter and tighter each time i took it off, until finally the pos bolt just snapped while Smokey was disconnecting the terminal. I knew it was going to happen one day, just never thought it would be the worst timing evar.

Yes, they flew out to Houston for a week to tune 20 Nissans chosen by the guy who set this all up. He spent 3 solid days and nights tuning the 20 cars, with problems along the way, including with my car. The man is a beast when it comes to tuning, he was running all over the place for 3 straight days and nights, he never grew tired and took few breaks.

At like 3 in morning he was still going strong, they more or less had to shut down the shop to get him to stop because the other shop techs were tired and had to work next days. He is a tuning machine, dude.

He also came out to attend "Import Reactor", to get a feel for the American tuning scene.

I lucked out, because he was looking for n/a nissans only as this was a prototype reflash program and they wanted to test on n/a nissans first.

On a side note, i went to Denny's at 3 in the morning with Smokey and his mechanic. Awesome guys, VERY humble and nice. They LOVED denny's dude, when the food came out on one big *** tray, they just about chit a brick, i could help but laugh a little. When he was putting my ECU in, he struggled with the bolt that closes the under dash located in/behind the pull out cupholder. He kept apologizing ( i know this is just the ways in Japan, but still) thats how humble he was.

My only regret was cause by the language barrier. He spoke very little english, and it was tough to communicate even though he had a translator. I wish more than life itself that i could have picked his brain on the world-wide import scene, tuning, and all around car stuff.
