Default Just installed my new Rotas!

well i was finally able to get my new wheels and tires on after FINALLY getting a day off from work!! these things are sexy and you can tell the quality is pretty top notch. Now on the list for me to receive in the mail soon is an SPC front/rear alignment kit, and some coilovers to finish off the stance! And once i switch out my Nismo exhaust of for the new TDX exhaust and purchase a bodykit i'm finally done with my car, FINALLY!! I don't even wanna know how much i've invested in this thing already and it's still climbing...but anyways, on to some pictures!

These are the new 19" P45 with the hankook ventus v12 evo 245/275

The car looks awesome with the new setup Blair! I'm glad you are happy with the new wheels/tires. I also appreciate your honest review of the quality of these wheels

these are actually the 06-08 brakes that i upgraded from my 1 piston DE.....now those were terrible!! but i rarely track the car so no need to fork over the extra 2k for looks over performance. I'd never use a BBK to their full potential.

yea, i just decided that the spokes were too "thin" for me as well as the guy just seemed kinda shady to me, so i decided to go somewhere else...don't fully understand what you're getting at with that last statement though...could be cause i just got off work and tired!! but once i get my SPC front/rear kit in as well as my coilovers, i'll post up some more pics...bodykit will come later in the summer time but i'll keep this thread updated!

Thanks Dan, so far so good, the ride quality is GREAT! And those ventus tires are pretty impressive, thanks for the suggestion! They are much quieter than i'd expected and have pretty good traction, even though i haven't really "tested" them yet...the only thing that is different is i kind of anticipated a little firmer side wall but i'll know for sure when i do some spirited driving soon to "break them in in" lol

Your car looks really good with those wheels!... Painted calipers aren't my cup of tea either, but if you like it, that's all that matters...

I like the way they look...I had p45's before and now im thinking of getting 19's now but maybe in hypersilver..

Even tho they are inexpensive, I still cant afford them not this moment tho.

These we the 06+ calipers and rotors, only issue I ran into was that I needed to trim the rear dust shield a tiny bit to get them on.

i know people hated on rota when they first came out with complaints of their wheels cracking, but they seemed to have figured it out and have done an awesome job, i've seen an older set of rotas compared to these and the quality is definitely noticed...so anyone having doubts they should be taken care of.

and painting the calipers ended up looking nice IMO, i don't think it added a ricer effect what-so-ever and i've actually been pulled off to the side of the road by a few Z owners asking what i did and how i did it. Even had someone ask me, "WOW! where did you get those limited edition Nismo BBKs from?!?" LMAO!!
