wow. I would not hack up that thing, especially since its over 1k haha. From the title, I thought you had two different things molded together, actually thought it was the top secret/mastergrade rear diffuser molded with the jp rear diffuser. Looks sick tho.
With the Fuji it hits at the lowest part of the exhaust. It looks like theirs a small trapezoidal piece that sits on the factory exhaust closest to the rear diff, that's main attachment point for the 1st Moulding. Now the Fuji is probably 2 inches or so taller than the stock exhaust and it doesn't have the attachment point so in theory the only way I can attach the diffuser is by using 6 attachment points instead of 10. The instructions are horrendously bad so it's making it difficult to figure out where they attached the 2 brackets that physically hold the diffuser to the bumper, after being under the car for 3hrs the only place I can think of would be the 2 bumper tabs. It's a rubix cube!
The edges arent the problem though... those pics are there to depict why the diffuser isn't lining up. It looks like brackets 2 and 3 go around the factory exhaust in a way that if the diffuser is in contact with anything it wont sit correctly towards the rear.
The one thing that is kicking my *** is what does the dotted lines on the ends of the diffuser are for? Double sided tape? Trim area? I don't want to cut this thing at all if I can avoid it.
I happen to be Asian that can read Japanese but your picture is too small for me to read. I can barely read the top portion, which translates to: Rear Diffuser Fairlady (z33) or "Fairlady (Z33) Rear Diffuser. Everything else is too small to read.
