For all you haters out there that talk so much crap!!!!!! Pardon my French I'd like to see you guys try to do a better fitment. I was there helping with the installation of the diffuser and the thing was a pain in the *** and there is no closing that gap because of the exhaust cut out in the front side of the diffuser. Joel don't worry I got your back. Everyone here can criticize all they want but unless they've been there and done it they shouldn't really talk..... AND THAT MY FRIENDS IS MY OPINION!!

it is what it is. if the phyiscal hardware doesn't allow for it to be a flush mount, then so be it.
the TS diffuser was never meant to be a perfect seal with the rear bumper. however i feel that the intentions for this piece was a minimal gap as possible if not flush..
FirstMolding.com, click on rear diffuser, then z33...

dude. chill out. we're not 'hating' on it-- it's an awesome and rare piece and perhaps you're hurt since if we make comments on a gap, you're assuming we're knocking your installation skills, which is not the case.

Lol but man... He and I were under that car for hours trying to figure this out. I have a good mechanical understanding and this thing was nuts, the pictures on the instructions are an inch big, black and white, and in Japanese. I contemplating lighting my Z on fire several times during the install.

Firstly, Congrats on getting it on... Now I think you need to
Probably go to fibre images and let Trini adjust the final fitment.
I think it needs some escapes for cleaning and a gasket similar
To what I showed you.
You're that close. I think that everyone has unrealistic expectations.
These things don't just magically work. We are talking about well
Over a square yard of super rigid wet cf here. It's gonna take some
Tinkering.
Thanks for posting progress photos.
And for those that don't know... This dude will get it right or
Get rid of it.

i think it looks great but the only thing that bothers me about the gap is something that happened to a friend of mine who had a diffuser with a gap... at high speeds it would pop out the rivets because of the air going through the gap... do you think anything like that would happen with this one? im very inteersted in this...
