I had a Daytona Blue, def didn't look like this. You're probably right but I think it's some edited photography. DB to me looked darker, more navy blue. That blue is so vibrant and bright.

That was a looooong 7 years ago since I had my DB and I didn't take many pictures so i can't really remember it in person. Maybe I'm off my rocker lol.

amazing what a good polish, sealant and great lighting will do to the looks of a car! I don't believe he painted the car. He has many pics of his car throughout the site.. always beautiful!
I have the MBP and I'll tell you my black looks different than most of the others I see. Professional polish and sealants topped with a great canuba will give you a different look.

Again, my guess is photography editing. Wish the OP would just tell me though! lol
maybe it's just lighting, blue always seems to change drastically in lighting. idk why that is.

Would be a good guess because the wheel area is super clear. Meaning they had to lighten the photo to bring the wheels out changing the picture overall?
His other photos are more Daytona blue than this picture

Well... I had things planned for the car this year. Looks like I have no choice but to get them done now lol.
A reminder: If you have a carbon fiber hood.... Please do yourself a favor and get hood pins or flush mount locks.
The reason it's in this condition is the latch on the hood crapped out on me, flew up while I was driving (luckily I was only going 45 and looked thru the gap at the bottom of the hood and didn't hit anyone or anything). Roof caved in from the HR hump able to pop some of it out at home but not anywhere near enough, fenders busted out, and hood cracked in half slamming into the windshield. Soooo it's makeover time.

NISMO, King- it's OEM Daytona Blue. I know the guy that took the pics played around with them a little, but it's not far off from what the car looks like. I've had it professionally cleaned a couple times over the last few years and the guys do great work. People ask me all the time what color I painted it 'cause it still looks so good.
